Our Fleet Marston (Aylesbury) Gym is based at Marston Farm, Unit 11&11A, Aylesbury HP18 0PZ
Yes- there is plenty of parking space at both gyms.
We have sessions available at 5.45 am, 6.30 am, 7.15 am, 9am, 10 am, midday, 4pm , 5pm, 5.45pm, 6.30pm and 7.15pm weekday plus Saturday mornings at 7.15am 8am, 8.45am, 9.30am. Plus Sunday sessions in Thame 9am, 10am, 11am.
Nope. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you at whatever level your at. We've coached 100's of women of all abilities to become the strongest, fittest version of themselves.
Of course. Simply book whichever sessions suit your schedule best each week.
Every group personal training session is 45 minutes long.
You get group Personal Trainining, Access To Our Fitness Classes, Nutrition Support, Personal Coaching, and Access To Our Resource App.
In most cases we are able to personalise your training to work around and often even improve long standing issues. We work to ensure that all parties are on the same page; to get you fit, strong and stable.
We speak to everyone before they start. This helps us understand your goals, experience, and any injuries ..... so we can guide you to the right level of coaching from day one
