WHERE DO THE SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?
The sessions will take place the week commencing 24th June with sessions on Monday Wednesday Friday 6.15am-7.00am or Monday Wednesday Friday 7pm-7.45pm or Tuesday Thursday and Saturday 6.15am-7.00am (SAT-7.00am-7.45am)
The sessions will take place in our gym at Chinnor Rugby Club, Thame. The facility has changing rooms and showers available.
IVE NEVER LIFTED WEIGHTS BEFORE..
£229, this includes 3 small group PT sessions per week, nutrition guidance, recipe book, facebook support group and fitness education for the full 6 weeks.
Don't worry if you have never stepped foot in a gym before, the sessions are designed around your own individual needs. Our training is designed to give you confidence, build your strength and transform your body.
