Check out our brand new revamped programme launching on Monday 14th January, giving you 7 days and 8 sessions of bootcamp action. 

BOOTCAMP - Our original bootcamp format with Monday nights being our most popular session in terms of numbers, expect to mingle in between challenging sets and reps.

SWEATBOX - Our new and only indoor offering based on bodyweight style/HIIT and tabata style workouts. 

WARRIORS - Combining big compound movements and technical exercises, alongside conditioning, making for a tough session aimed at preparing members for obstacle races, charity events etc.

 

BOXFIT - A challenging boxing style workout, based around combining pad work with cardio, aimed at all abilities. 

STRONG (WO)MAN - A strength based session with a sets and reps format, aimed at increasing strength and power, without all that running around.
