Founder & Instructor

I always had an interest in health and fitness as I have played Rugby League from a very young age. Having played semi-professional rugby, I decided to follow a career in the military where I served my country on operations and gained a real insight into how fitness affects the performance of serving military personnel.

While serving in the RAF, I managed to reach the highest level for any service personnel by representing the combined services Rugby League side in the World Cup which was held in Sydney. I also had the opportunity to compete in the Lord Wakefield's Amateur Boxing competition, where I won the super-heavyweight title. This boxing experience gave me a new insight into sports conditioning needed to compete at a good level.

As well as RAF sports, I managed to combine military work with semi-professional Rugby League where I played for League 1 Outfit Oxford Rugby League. Through all these experiences plus my own Personal Training, I decided to take the leap of faith and follow my main passion in life which is helping people to get fitter and improve their health through nutrition and exercise.

I am really excited to be a part of the Powerhouse movement as we have some big things planned that is going to impact people across Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
