My journey so far has been incredible with 3 small group PT (these focus on compound movements a whole body workout) sessions a week and as many bootcamps you want its value for money, with masses of advice on nutrition, sleep, recovery, social events and training that has changed my life forever! I've shed 10 Kilos since I started, and I've become stronger more confident and so much happier with myself. I've learnt how to manage my diet, weight and recovery to such a point that it has become a way of life a lifestyle! And this not only fits myself but my group of friends I've made through training, we all look forward to our 6am sessions together (my chosen session time many more available) we may come in a little tired but we go out an hour later buzzing and ready to kick arse!!
All I can say it is never too late
